Good to be back..........

.....now to the blog! Few things to catch up on......

"Silly little fairy!"

Homophobic??

Interesting....

...dunno if many of you have been watching the NHL playoffs on TV this year, but the Dodge something-or-other car (some really macho-looking piece of shit) had an advert on during all hockey games for this car. I guess it wasn't so well received by gay groups, and just recently (like, literally today), Daimler-Chrysler, had pulled that "Silly little fairy" line from the spot!

Ooooooh-Kay!

"You know we're gonna win that cup! Me and The Buffalo Sabres, yeah, yeah yeah!"

Sabres win game one of Semi-finals!!

Funny part was: This was the first time in NHL playoff history where a team had been awarded a home-ice-advantage in ALL seven games!! Three of the games are being held at Buffalo North (HSBC arena: Tickets for all three of those matches sold out in 12 minutes, according to team sources), and the other four games are being played in Buffalo South (a.k.a. - North Carolina....where about 45% of former Buffalo residents had relocated to looking to obtain real employment based on merit), where they had listed on the Carolina Hurricanes ticketing website: "Good seats for games one and two of the Eastern Conference Championship still available!"

You could tell by the fact that there was rather loud screaming whenever the Sabres scored a goal.....

THIS, THIS, THIS is why hockey DOES NOT belong South of the Mason-Dixon line!!

My Colorado Rockies? Well, they are finally beginning their slow death decent. This still is nice, though, as usually this slow fade begins around May 1st! Got an extra three weeks of good baseball and high hopes in for free!!

Still, though....they are my team, and I'm gonna see 'em play in a couple of months!

D.W.B.

From the "Ya think???" file.............

Everythang's gonna be all white!

What's even more disturbing (besides that this data is coming from THE POLICE BUREAU'S OWN STATISTICS...not from some third-party activist group), is that in Portland, the number of African-Americans and other minorities is rather low to begin with!

Go figure.....guess my town ain't THAT lefty.....

Random Sunday Afternoon Ramblings tomorrow!
